every Election year Political 3d parties and independent's go through a process of being ignored by the main stream media and end up being excluded in the debates because the cpd reqires them 15% or higher to be accounted while the media not only ignores them but excludes them from most of there polls. The Purpose for the independent and 3d parties rights act if passed by congress whould reqire media to provide fair amount of coverage to 3d party and impended candidates and not just te dems and republicans it will also reqire inclusion in to debates if they appear on the Ballot in enough states to mathematically win.
