Political Party Ballot Restrictions for Presidential Elections

During a presidential election, political parties offering a presidential nominee should only be allowed to have that nominee printed on state ballots if they are on enough state ballots to feasibly win enough electoral votes to take the presidency, as long as the electoral college exists. Write-ins should still be allowed.
