Political Reform Change Presidential primaries to regional. One for the east, mid west, south and pacific. Public funded

Created by P.B. on January 22, 2013

Make the Presidential primary system fair and balanced by changing the process. Reduce the cost of electing a president by changing the primary system to regional/ monthly. First primary would cover the eastern states, then the next one a month later in the mid west, then central and pacific. Allowances would be made for Iowa caucus only. Regional primaries would reduce costs with campaigns publicly funded and debates must include all qualified candidates including those who have qualified to be on the ballot in one or more states covered by the regional primary. This would allow for more third party and regular guys on the street to run. Candidates who choose private funds must pay a fee to be included in televised debates. Full funding disclosure by all prior to each debate.
