1. Politicians use the same health insurance we do.
2. They don't get paid if they're not working.
3. They can't vote themselves pay raises. Pay raises are determined by those who elected them.
4. Political contributions are limited to $1000.00. Each time a contribution is received, it's published on a website. Once elected, they can't hire people that gave them money. They can't hire, or take money from special interest groups or lobbyists. Their re-election campaigns would be financed entirely by whoever will vote for them. No government funds would be available for campaigns. To get reelected, the politician would have to raise money for their entire campaign.
5. They live by the same rules and laws we do.
