The people need a more direct line to the government that expresses what we think government at all levels should do and pay for. Each taxpayer has a right to decide where their tax dollars should go and we believe this should be formalized.
This would truly enable taxation with representation.
The ideal system would allow the CITIZENS the direct ability to allocate at least 75% of their tax dollars exactly where they want and nowhere else.
