Pomote the enactment of legislation restricting any/all intelligence gathering agencies to foreign survailence.

Promote legislation that prohibits any/all government agencies from domestic survailance. Either abolish or open the FISA courts to the public view, and again restict their authority only to foreign matters. Anything within the borders of the United States, or involving a U.S. citizen (that is not fighting against the U.S. with a foreign military) MUST require a warrant signed by a judge (NOT A FISA JUDGE: a judge that we know about, and have access to). Respect our constitutional rights, and the spirit of our founding fathers.
