This Act would violate the First Amendment by censoring alternative media sources. We cannot allow our government this much power. We the people call for the end of Portman-Murphy ACT. It's unconstitutional. Who is allowed to say what is outside propaganda and what is alternative media? This is the greatest threat to Free Speech we've ever seen.
