Install metal detectors in every school entrance in the nation & have a Security Guard at these school entrances to monitor the detectors and to login & out visitors. We have them in our County courthouses why not our schools? Our children's lives are at risk now with guns being a freedom for many states.The states that have passed these gun rights should also be prepared to install tighter security for the public at risk. When the next person decides to take a semi-automatic rifle into a school and shoot our innocent children there has to be Security Blocks at these schools to protect our children & stop this. Currently it is the secretary's duties to watch the doors & check visitors in & out of these schools. The duty needs to fall on a professional security guard & not on school staff.
