-Benefits should be reduced, not increased, for states that use child support as a reason to lessen parenting time for noncustodial parents.
-There should be more serious consequences for those who interfere with parenting time and rights, and who violate court orders.
-Both parents should be equally responsible for supporting the child, and the cost should not remain mainly with the noncustodial parent.
