A redress to the US Government to to set out the possibilities of inter-galactic and intra-galactic space travel. The elements are based on the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The essential aspect of the redress is the possible existence of a Star Trek: the Next Generation (ST: TNG) type vehicle capable of inter-galactic travel. In theory the distance of the visible universe can be transverse in about forty (40) Earth days. In order to further Research, Research & Develop (R, R&D) this redress requests that the US Government provide advanced facilities such as several islands in the Pacific Ocean as well as Blaine County, Oklahoma with the understanding that these will be ceded to the United Kingdom in time.
