Every bill and measure placed before congress should be posted in it's entirety online. And changes or amendments should be updated within 24 hours.
Every proposed section of a new law should have a dedicated message board for the public to engage in open discourse.
So that every American has the power to self educate on pending laws, and share their views. No matter how controversial. So that we the people can be informed and notify our elected representatives to let them know where their constituents stand on any issue.
And no more shall we be told it must be passed before we can read it.
