post all bills that congress vote on pubicly and make it un lawful to vote for a bill that has not been read

very often congress votes on bills that have not been read
this practice is not democratic because a informed vote is impossible when you see on tv that congress is missing 300 pages of a bill they are about to vote on and the public need to be aware of bills that are about to be voted on so we can make informed descisions
