We are legally required to send our children to school, but we are not guaranteed that they are being kept safe. Too many schools do not have the resources to implement security measures.
We need more discussion on how to secure our schools, but until every single school is equipped with whatever they need to keep our kids safe, the government needs to post an armed law enforcement officer or armed military personnel at every single school across the nation.
Never again shall another mother and father bury their child because they sent him to school and trusted he'd be safe. Please act on our children's safety now by deploying trained, armed security personnel to all schools.
