This will provide victims and common citizens the opportunity to end this evil with just a call. The Human Trafficking Search Resource confirms, “Rest stops along heavily populated highways are popular locations for sex traffickers to sell their victims.”
Rest stops included would be located on the National Highway System and must have businesses, restaurants, shopping corners, parking lots, and restrooms.
