As a fugitive from American justice, Edward Snowden has chosen to steal sensitive government documents relating to the defense of citizens of the United States and claimed that he would seek asylum from US authorities who would seek his arrest for his actions. As such, an international bounty should be placed on the return of Edward Snowden, either dead or alive, to the United States.
