postal worker uniform reform

I do hereby petition our government to implement a complete overhaul and reform to the United States postal worker uniform to enact federal law to change the drab and dreary USPS daily work uniform for all employees to dress like a birthday party clown, just to make my day a bright and cheery one; thus in doing so, raising the spirits of all Americans and stimulating the economy.
