President Obama, I beseech you to Posthumously reinstate Admiral Kimmel, the Unjustly Shamed Commander of the US Pacific Fleet at the time of the Attack on Pearl Harbor; to his full rank and former honor. The facts are out, he wasn't notified of the intercepted threat until some eight hours following the Attack, thus being wrongfully shamed and unjustly demoted. Mr. President, I respectfully request your immediate Executive action on this, that will let me know that this concern and message wasn't drafted and sent in vain.
