We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Postpone December 19th Electoral College vote until Trump University trial is concluded.

Created by G.L. on November 11, 2016

President-elect Trump's University, Trump University, is scheduled to begin a civil trial in late November. The trial concerns the issue as to whether Trump University perpetrated fraud against its former students by making false or misleading representations. If ruled against, president-elect Trump's character and fitness for the presidency may seriously be impugned. If the vote is not postponed, the Electoral College electors may not have, in good conscience, the necessary information to dutifully carry out their obligation.
