Due to the joint belief by the C.I.A. and FBI of Russian interference with our Presidential Election the best course of action is to delay the vote in order to facilitate a full investigation. If evidence does point to a coordination between the Russian Government and the campaign of Donald Trump let the Department Of Justice pursue criminal charges and sanctions against the parties involved.
