We the people ask the Electoral College Electors to not vote on the presidency until the CIA and other official investigations into the Russian governments interference of our 2016 election on behalf of Donald Trump, are fully completed and made public.
The CIA has "high confidence" the Russian government interfered in our 2016 election to help elect Donald Trump. Our Electoral College must not certify Mr. Trump until a full investigation is completed and made public.
Congress has the authority and resposibility to make such laws, to set the date of the Electoral College vote, and ensure the electors are fairly informed of foreign intervention in order for them to do their job, as outlined in the constitution.
