This petition is for a suggested outline for a potential law for the future protection of innocent individuals in public places while still maintaining the 2nd Amendment Right to bear arms~
It is being presented under the assertion that the qualifying answers now being sought [after the slaughter of the 20 school children in Connecticut and other recent shootings in public places], that many of these questions should and could be answered BEFORE any future incidents.
