Any American lottery prize should only be available to American citizens. If Americans are the majority players in the lottery, then only an American citizen should be able to claim the prize winnings. This keeps the money in the USA and will help the our economy. Is it really fair for someone in another country to buy a ticket from an "online dealer" when that is not an option for US citizens. Please allow only US citizens to play, win, and claim any American lottery.
