We, the people, shouldn't have to be drug screened in order to be able to get a job. The only time someone should be drug screened is if they're getting goverment assistance ("free money") or got hurt on the job.
Especially for thc. Someone could be doing worse drugs or influences that stay in their system a shorter amount a time or we could smoke and be screwed a month later.
What we do on our free time should not hinder our ability to get/maintain a job if its on our own time.
