"WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES" as EMPLOYERS of the President, Vice President, Congressmen, Congresswomen, and Senators, do agree to the following PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING of all candidates running for Government offices.

Each candidate must submit to "WE THE PEOPLE", a security background check, drug screening, police reports credit reports,, birth certificate, high school diploma, college transcripts, and a resume with qualifications needed to perform their duties if elected.

Each candidate must read aloud to, "WE THE PEOPLE" the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution and must sign a written affidavit stating that they have read, fully understood and will swear a written oath of office to uphold it's content and context.
