In recent decades, Texas schools have lowered the science education standards for schools all across the nation as Texas textbooks are, for whatever reason, the gold standard of science textbooks in the United States.
This sabotage of our youth's understanding of science, and therefore, their ability to compete on an International level has not gone unnoticed by the rest of the nation. Without cutting edge science education standards, America will fall by the wayside, dethroned. With this, they have made their intentions clear, and we Americans must retaliate swiftly and decisively if we are to protect ourselves from this, most abject of adversaries.
