The number of young girls getting pregnant today is astronomical. President Obama must sign into law that in order for any mother under the age of 16 years of age to receive any social services (i.e. welfare, Medicaid, food stamps, WIC, etc.) she must identify the father. The father then should me arrested for statutory rape. Also, any possessions of the father should be liquidated in order to provide for his offspring. Also, the father MUST then be placed on the National Child Sex Offenders Registry for life.
