Only allow companies who have at least 51% of there employees that live and work in the United States to be able to sell and import goods to sell in the United States for the next 5 years. Doing this will premote companies who have left the United States and to go over seas for labor to come back and employ the very consumers who are buying there products. This will promote jobs in the United States and bring down the unemployment rate drastically.
