In the 1930's Joseph Stalin engineered a famine to control the Ukrainian people killing 7,000,000 Ukrainian citizens. Vladimir Putin is poised to create a similar disaster but rather than starve Ukraine into submission he could cut their heating fuel and allow thousands to freeze to death.
