All citizens don't want to hesitate to know about new rules & regularization instead of earlier one. By online mode of voting, mostly aware by the social sites & twitter etc, & the youngest & eldest would also provide their voting to choose which organisation either previous or upcoming/new one would be favorable for all citizens compare to other. Same as usual, effect will enhance the public to be voting more and also, the citizens must appreciate the makers of organisation.
