As our veterans return home from their various calls of duty, there is limited support structure for their return. The current policy is more than happy to pay for them to become veterans, but unwilling to support them upon a safe trip home.
It is time to allocate funds towards veteran support when our forces are DEPLOYED, rather than having to ask for it as an afterthought upon their return. (and then have that measure voted down)
It is no longer acceptable for the government to ignore the needs of veterans it was so happy to create.
