We urge President Obama to respond, in a timely manner if possible, to each petition for state secession upon each reaching its minimum required signatures of 25,000 for response. It would best benefit those who advocate for secession, and others who could be affected by such a call for drastic change, if the President himself addressed the growing concern among his fellow citizens, as well as his personal views on the issues being presented in each petition for state secession on this website.
