Mr. President, this isn't about being a sore loser or acting out of anger. We are asking for fair and balanced justice for the American people after we have been robbed of a full strength Supreme Court Justice for the better part of 2016. You fulfilled your obligation as President of the United States and really gave a great nomination that was not largely partial to the left or the right. Congress though refused you over and over again putting party and politics over duty and responsibility. They did not fulfill their duty and we have no idea if/when they will. Since they have waived that right to approve the next SCOTUS & with 2 branches of government now to be GOP led, we the people, per the constitution, ask you act to appoint/confirm Hillary R. Clinton during the recess.
