In as much as there are 20 plus petitions for states to secede from the Union, and since that State Right has been denied, previously, by your Office, in the person of Abraham Lincoln, and that such a determination was based on his understanding of the Articles of ConFederation, I request and require that White House present said Articles.
Given that a number of Sovereign Nations have joined our Union, and have sworn to uphold a constitution that makes No reference to Secession, I again request and require that your Office present said Articles, that we may determine their veracity.
