Presenting to the United States Congress a petition to raise the federal minimum wage to $10.00 an hour, with an added provision that an economic committee be established to periodically as Congress sees appropriate to evaluate the cost-of-living and adjust the minimum wage accordingly. Nothing in this petition would give the Congress the power to lower the minimum wage, should a finding from the established committee determines that the minimum wage should be lowered.
