Present a constitutional amendment that requires all elected representatives to abide by the same laws as nomral citizen

I petition to create a 28th constitutional amendment that requires: all elected representatives of the United States government shall abide by all laws that are passed with no exemptions. All laws shall be equally enforced across all three of the branches of Federal governent equally.
