We, the ELPAS-USA Foundation, Inc have an innovative idea to resolve definitely the U.S. financial crisis.
It consists in a technology platform which transforms public debt into social investment. This is achieved through a new law of public spending, which is part of our presentation. Impact of the proposal:
a- Remove the top of the public debt, for only change the balance of the state, which had a historic error.
b- Finance the originating public spending, without raising taxes or cutting social programs, see ELPAS-DEF system.
c- Create a lot of sustainable job.
d-Strengthen the State Security.
