Present legislation banning the speculative trading of commodities affecting the price of consumer goods such as oil.

Created by R.B. on February 05, 2013

In an effort to protect the American people from market manipulation of consumer prices unrelated to the actual cost of production. The American people demand an immediate ban of all speculative trading related to commodities associated with consumer products and are subject to local, regional or global political stability concerns. This would include a ban all equities vehicles tied to speculative trading such as oil, natural gas and other natural resources associated with consumer purchasing.
