Furthermore, there are healthier alternatives such as water and natural fruit juices, nut juices, or vegetable juices. Such juices may be sourced from sites which use permaculture and organic methods that add value to the natural ecosystems.
We have to think intelligently and strategically about how and what we feed ourselves.
