Develop a plan that includes congressional reforms that put some of the burden of sacrifice on the ones responsible for formulating such plans. Convert congressional healthcare to the same programs they would have the American people subscribe to. Cut congressional pay and base any future pay increases on the the job they do and the health of the economy. And lastly replace retirements with Social Security retirement.
