We demand that all persons either applying for or already receiving ANY form of federal benefits, including tax refunds for dependent children, be required to provide a VALID Social Security Number. ITIN's would no longer be acceptable.
This measure would preclude criminal illegal aliens from dipping into the taxpayers pockets to the tune of 50 billion dollars annually.
