Preserve and Protect Middle Class Working Families By Enforcing Existing, & Enacting New Labor Laws

I, (Richard T. King), We the undersigned Petition the U.S. Government to Enforce Existing Labor Laws, and Enact New Labor Laws to Preserve & Protect Middle Class Working Families. It is our belief that the lack of Enforcement of Labor Laws and Enactment of New Labor Laws over the last 30 years have directly led to the decline of Family and Society Moral Values. The Work Week should be Monday-Friday with a minimum of 40 hours. Week-ends and Holidays should be days off and if the Employer wants to open during Week-ends and Holidays, it should be the Employees Option whether he/she works or not. Employers have used loop-holes to manipulate Employees schedules to make the Work Week Hours unstable from Day-To-Day, leading to Families not having Quality Time.
