Preserve the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

Created by M.J. on August 22, 2013

The First Amendment of our Constitution is, by far, the most critical right to our way of life, and should be protected at any cost. Recently this has been compromised in such cases as Elane Photography v. Willock, with "Sweet Cakes By Mellisa" soon to follow. In addition, the actions taken against Tuffy Gessling set a precedent for future violations to freedom of speech.

We petition the administration to overturn any violation to this amendment, and to defend the rights of all individuals and organizations to freely express and practice their beliefs regardless of the changes in society.
