Preserve our freedom by rescinding one old law for each new law enacted.

Created by C.C. on November 12, 2012

In as much as each new law on the books reduces our remaining freedom, and given the fact that laws are constantly being added thus restricting our remaining freedoms - I propose that for each new law passed an equal number of old laws must be removed.

This would serve the purpose of creating thorough questioning as to whether we actually need the new law, and just how badly we need it. If we do not need it so badly as to give up another, then we likely don't need it.

Each new law is a restriction of freedom. Choose more carefully.
