President Obama has sworn to violate our constitution by federally restricting our constitutionally protected rights. Regardless of the depth or impact he seeks to make regarding gun control, the simple fact is that the President is not a law maker, but rather an enforcer of the laws passed by congress. The only legal way to restrict firearms in this country on a federal level is via an amendment to the Constitution of the United States. requires special process.
