Preserve, Protect, and Defend the Second Amendment.

Created by B.L. on December 27, 2012

The 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States grants the right to bear arms to the people, without restriction. Therefore, all Federal &/or State Law abridging said right is clearly unconstitutional and must be summarily repealed, and no new law shall be made to abridge said right.

Like similar rights granted by the Constitution, for example, the right of free speech; nothing says the people do not have to be reasonable in executing their right; such as not yelling "fire" in a crowded theater, so must there be laws to protect the people from the irresponsible actions of others, regardless of what device they may employ.

Should this basic right not be vehemently supported then the Constitution is not worth the paper it's printed upon.
