We grant that citizens of the United States have a constitutional right to amend the constitution and change the laws that govern us through the contract held between the government and the people.
We also grant that when the rights to representation are denied to citizens they have the right to replace the government through election or revolution.
We hold that no citizen or state has the right to request the dissolution United States of America based on the loss of an election or legal challenge.
Having read the petitions of those seeking the succession of their states from the federal government, we find no reason that such petitions should be granted.
As such we call upon the President of these United States to defend the country from those who seek to end it through succession.
