Preserve the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION with the Archeological Historic Preservation ACT

The activity we are addressing is the activity of legislating via our Elected Officials and the source of Federal funding would be the AMERICAN TAX PAYER (Which pays or elected officials) that would be the source of such funding but not limited too directly or indirectly in this instance of the destruction of this historical document in its current state, future state or any universal state in that matter which in affect has been the sole recipient of Government funded destruction from its original intent when adopted on September 17th, 1787.The loss of historical DATA through the activity of unconstitutional legislation is what deems this grievance that we put forth to the UNTIED STATES GOVERNMENT to address, rectify, monetarily fund and award a Historical preservation committee
