We the people demand the resignation of the President and the entire Congress, no later than 11:59 P.M. on Monday, December 31, 2012, ... IF they do not agree to a tax and fiscal policy according to the wishes of the majority of the American people, which is to continue or lower tax rates for those earning less than $250,000.00 per year, raise tax rates on those above the stated earning level, rescind all tax exemptions and federal subsidies, and to not make changes to Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, or other basic social services. The combined salary and benefits of the resigned parties is to be retained by the Treasury for the benefit of the people.
