The blessing of president Barack Obama and first Lady Michelle Obama, suggesting the first two years of College free. My story explains the necessity of Congress accepting the president’s proposal. I came in to the United States of America on the 1st of August 2013 as an immigrant from Cameroon (A Country in Central Africa). The American dream to me, meant that I pursue a decent education to better my life and to make my lone mother( single parent with 6 kids) so proud of the Judge I will become in due season. I was more than happy and I was confident that I will start school in the spring of 2014. My next worry was how to pay my tuition, the thought kept ringing in my psyche “how will I afford to pay the in-state tuition?” I had already past the deadline for FAFSA application
