As a member of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification, I believe the 1984 imprisonment of the founder of my faith, the Reverend Sun Myung Moon was politically motivated, discriminatory, and unfair. I am petitioning for his conviction on willful tax evasion, and conspiracy be pardoned posthumously by President Barrack Obama, and his widow Mrs. Hak Ja Han Moon receive the pardon. Reverend Sun Myung Moon, his indictment, prosecution, conviction and imprisonment and subsequent release was a “near death sentence” for him, his ministry in America, and the millions of followers around the world, who witnessed the American Government, which prides it’s self on “being the champion of religious freedom” persecute a minority religion. Please support this petition for this pardon.
